F1. Traditional Pad Thai
Pad thai, phat thai, or phad thai, is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food in Thailand as part of the country's cuisine. It is typically made with rice noodles, shrimp, peanuts, a scrambled egg, and bean sprouts, among other vegetables with tamarind sauce. The ingredients are fried in a wok.

Spicy wide flat noodles wok tossed with chili, broccoli, yellow onions, basil leaves, bell peppers and tomatoes served atop a bed of lettuce.

Tapioca Pearls with Young Coconut is is a common desert that you can easily find in any restaurant in Thailand. Tapioca pudding with young coconut meat, corn,and taro. Topped with coconut milk.
Sticky Rice with Thai Custard (aka Sangkaya)
This is a sweet, smooth, and creamy custard that is made with coconut cream, palm sugar, pinch of salt, and eggs. It provides a harmonious balance of sweetness and the savoriness of coconut cream. It is steamed either by itself or most often inside a kabocha squash.
